Umingle Phone Number Banned After “Boy or Girl” Message

I am writing regarding my Umingle account access issue. My Indian phone number has been banned on the platform for the past two days, and I would like this ban to be removed. I am new to Umingle and did not fully know the rules. In a chat I simply asked “boy or girl” and shortly after that my phone number was banned. I did not receive any clear explanation from Umingle about the specific rule I violated or the exact reason for this ban. I respectfully request that you review this situation, explain clearly which rule was allegedly broken if any, and remove the ban on my phone number so that I can continue using Umingle. I am ready to follow all community guidelines from now on and avoid any behavior that may be against your rules. I kindly ask you to reconsider this decision and restore access to my account linked to my Indian phone number.
