UMingle Permanently Banned For Inappropriate Content And Asked To Pay

I have been permanently banned from my UMingle account even though I only use the platform for normal, educational and friendly conversations, and I have never intentionally shared any inappropriate content. When I try to log in via Chrome on my Windows computer, I see that my account is banned with Ban ID 63480d49 and the reason is written as “Inappropriate Content”. I do not understand what exactly triggered this ban and I strongly believe there has been a mistake. On top of that, I am being asked to pay to get unbanned, which I find very unfair, especially when I have not knowingly violated any rules or posted bad content. I kindly request that my account with Ban ID 63480d49 be reviewed in detail, that the alleged “Inappropriate Content” be checked again, and that my account be unbanned without any payment if no clear and justified violation is found. I also ask UMingle to clearly explain what, if anything, I did wrong so that I can avoid similar issues in the future.
