Today, while trying to use the Umingle website, I suddenly received a “You are banned” message with the reason stated as “Inappropriate Content”. Along with this, a ban ID with the code “ba238ccc” was shown and I was offered an option to immediately lift the ban in return for a payment of 9.99 USD. I have not shared or uploaded any inappropriate images or content on your platform, so I consider this ban to be unfair and unjustified. Moreover, the fact that the only option shown on the screen to remove the ban is to pay 9.99 USD makes the situation even more disturbing, as it feels like I am being forced to pay to regain access despite not violating any rules. I kindly request that you urgently review this ban decision associated with the ban ID “ba238ccc”, clearly explain which content supposedly violated your rules, and, if no real violation is found, lift the ban without any charge. I also request that no payment be required from me for the removal of this ban, as I believe I have complied with your rules.
