Umingle Must Unban My Device

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced today with my Umingle account, which is registered under the email address sabio1***@gmail.com and used on my MacBook. My device has been banned because the system incorrectly identifies me as being under 18, even though my account information clearly shows that I am 18 years old.

Due to this incorrect age assessment, I am unable to access Umingle on my MacBook despite meeting the platform’s age requirements. This restriction appears to be a mistake and is preventing me from using the service normally.

I kindly request that my account and device be reviewed, that my correct age information be verified, and that the ban on my MacBook be lifted so I can access Umingle again without any restrictions.
