Umingle "m 15" Trick Ban Bug

I am 19 years old and I use Umingle through the website. About 10 minutes ago, I was suddenly banned after some people I met online told me that there was a new feature and that I should type “m 15”. I tried this as they said, and right after that my account was banned. When I tried to log back in, I saw a “You are banned” message and a suspicious screen asking me to pay Rp39,900 and enter my credit card details to remove the ban. I have never entered my card details there and I have never made any payments to Umingle on this account. I believe I was tricked by other users and I did not intend to violate the rules or pretend to be underage. I am actually 19 and would like my case to be reviewed. I kindly request that my ban be removed, my account reactivated, and that this suspicious payment screen be investigated, as it looks unsafe and misleading.
