Umingle Issued an IP Ban After I Typed M13 in Chat

I am writing regarding an IP ban I received on Umingle today while accessing the platform via a browser on my PC from Indonesia. The ban appears under the ID 3fc1644c. I believe this ban is unfair and the result of a prank, as someone told me to type “M13” and, after I did so, my IP was suddenly banned. I have not previously contacted your support team about this matter. I simply want to continue using the platform normally and I am asking you to review this incident and remove the IP ban linked to ID 3fc1644c. I kindly request that you investigate this situation, consider that I was misled into writing this, and lift the ban on my IP so that I can access Umingle again.
