Umingle Issued a Ban for Asking Age, Sex, and Location in Chat

I have a problem with my Umingle website account, which was banned on June 10, 2026. While chatting, I only asked the other person about their age, sex, and location (ASL), and immediately after that my account was banned. I was not aware that asking this question was against Umingle’s rules and did not receive any prior warning. I believe this ban is disproportionate for a single message of this nature, especially since I was not informed that such a question was forbidden. I request that my account status and any related record or strike be reviewed and that the ban and any negative record associated with it be removed. I kindly ask Umingle to check the chat and my account history, to reconsider this decision, and to allow me to continue using the platform without a ban or record linked to this incident.
