Umingle! Please Unban Me!

I am an Umingle user and my account was banned on 25 April 2026 after I sent a private message in which I asked someone about their gender. Following this message, my account was suddenly banned and I was not given any information about how long the ban would last or exactly which rule I allegedly violated. The ban notice I received includes the ban ID 6d30b*** and my registered email address on Umingle is alfiyahau***[email protected]. Since the ban, I have tried to reach Umingle, but I have not received any response or clarification about the situation. I believe that being permanently or indefinitely banned for such a message is unfair and disproportionate, especially when no prior warning or clear explanation was provided. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed in detail, that I am informed about the specific reason for this decision, and that my account is reactivated by lifting the ban. I would like to continue using the platform in line with the rules, and I expect a clear and prompt response regarding this issue.
