Umingle False Ban Appeal

I am writing regarding a false ban that was placed on my Umingle account on 28 May 2026 at around 9:07 p.m. The ban screen shows the ban ID as a5db325a and the reason as “spam”. While I was on a normal video call, the other person asked how big Canada was. I searched it online and an AI system returned a clearly wrong and humorous answer, claiming that Canada was a shoe brand and not a country. I copied this absurd response and pasted it into the chat so the other person could see it, and immediately after doing so my account was banned. This ban is completely unjustified. The message I sent was clearly a quote of an AI’s incorrect answer, shared in a light‑hearted way, and not harmful or malicious content. I have a completely clean record on Umingle up to this point and have never had any penalties or violations before. Despite this, I was banned without warning or explanation, and I have not been able to find any contact information or official support channel to dispute this decision. I request that my account be urgently reviewed and that this ban be removed immediately, as it appears to be a mistake. I also ask that I be informed of the reason for the ban and how such situations are evaluated, so that users quoting or reacting to AI content are not unfairly penalized in the future.
