I Request an Unban for My Umingle Web Account

I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my Umingle account, and I kindly request that my account be reviewed and the ban removed. My account was created on 16 May 2025 and was banned on 18 May 2025 while I was using the web version of Umingle on my Android phone. I did not receive any prior warning or notification before the ban, and I believe this may be a misunderstanding or the result of an automatic system flag. I always try to follow the community guidelines and use the platform in a respectful manner. Just before the ban, I wrote “I’m a minor” as a joke, even though I am not actually a minor. I think this message may have been interpreted literally by the system or moderation team, and could be the reason my account was banned. The Ban ID shown to me is 1c55ac**. I attempted to contact Umingle support by email, but I am not sure whether I reached the correct address, so I have not received any clear response yet. I kindly request that my account and Ban ID be reviewed in detail and that the ban be lifted if possible, as I believe I have not otherwise violated the rules. I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the result of your review and, if there is any issue, clearly explain what it is so that I can avoid it in the future.
