I play Umingle on my iPad, and today around 11 a.m. I met another player in the game who instructed me to type the word “m16”, saying that when I typed this, a “knowere” emote would suddenly appear. I trusted what they said, typed the word exactly as they told me, and immediately a banned message or statement appeared and my Umingle account was banned. I did not intend to violate any rules or use banned expressions; I simply followed what another player suggested because I believed it was a normal in‑game feature. As a result, my account with the ID 37904*** has been unfairly banned. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned, that any record of violation related to this incident be removed from my account history, and that you investigate the player who misled me into typing this word so that other users are not tricked in the same way.
