I have been using the Umingle web platform and today my account was suddenly banned with a message stating that I am under 18 years old. This is incorrect, because I am actually 53 years old and clearly meet the age requirement to use the service. Due to this mistake, I have lost access to my account and cannot use the platform as normal. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, the under‑18 ban be removed, and my access fully restored as soon as possible. I am ready to provide any necessary information or documents to confirm my real age.
