Umingle Banned My Account Despite Following Age and Platform Rules

I am currently banned and unable to use Umingle. I would like to explain that I am not underage and I am not involved in any unauthorized activities; I am of legal age and have always followed the platform's rules and regulations. Previously, I was able to use Umingle freely and truly enjoyed the experience. I have had a good experience using this website and have never done anything that would violate the rules or cause harm.
