False Umingle Ban For Being Underage Due To Miscommunication

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was suddenly banned on the website on 4 June at around 11:12 p.m. with the allegation that I am underage. This decision is incorrect, as I am not underage and I meet the age requirement to use the platform. The ban has completely blocked my access to my account, and I have no active paid services or subscriptions associated with it. I have not yet been able to contact support directly about this issue, so I am using this complaint to clarify that the reason stated for the ban does not reflect the truth. I kindly request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible and that the age-related ban be lifted so that I can continue using Umingle without interruption.
