Umingle Banned My Account and Asked Me to Pay €6

I am writing regarding my Umigle account, which has just been banned right after a chat. Immediately after the chat ended, I received a message stating: “pay 6 euros u got banned for 8301d50e Reason: Inappropriate Content.” I have never made any payments or purchases on Umigle before this ban message appeared. I do not understand what “8301d50e – Inappropriate Content” specifically refers to and I was not given any clear explanation about which message or behavior allegedly violated the rules. I also find it unacceptable that I am asked to pay 6 euros in order to deal with this ban, without any transparent and detailed information about the reason. I kindly request that you clearly explain to me what concrete action or content led to this ban, and under which rule it falls, and that you lift the ban on my account without requiring any payment. I expect a clear, written explanation and the reactivation of my account as soon as possible.
