Umingle Banned My Account After I Accidentally Typed My Age
I am writing to appeal the ban on my Umingle browser account. A short while ago, while using Umingle for chat, my account was suddenly banned right after I mistakenly typed my age in the chat. I believe the system automatically flagged this, but there was no harmful or inappropriate behavior from my side. I did not receive any clear explanation inside the app, and I have not contacted support yet because my access is now limited. This situation seems to be the result of an automatic filter rather than an intentional violation. I respectfully request that my ban be reviewed and that my Umingle account be unbanned and reactivated.
