Umingle Needs To Remove My Incorrect Underage Account Ban

I am writing regarding an issue I encountered today with my Umingle account while using the Random Chat feature. When I tried to access my account, I received a notification stating that I am under 18, and my account was banned because of this. This information is incorrect, as I am over 18, and I believe my account has been mistakenly restricted. Up to this point, I have not been able to use my account, and I have not yet contacted your support team directly. I would like my age status to be reviewed and my account ban removed so that I can continue using the Random Chat feature without interruption. I kindly request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible, and that this age-related error be corrected.
