I am a 28‑year‑old user of Umingle on iOS via the website, and my account was unfairly banned today, April 22, 2026, at around 2:00 a.m. with Ban ID 64db4c66. While chatting, I asked a stranger how old he was, and he replied: “Just 41 reversed.” I understood this as “14,” so I responded with “14?” and shortly after that, my account was banned for being under 18. I am an adult and not a minor, and this seems to be a misunderstanding based on that short message. I have not yet been able to contact support through any other channel, so I am reaching out with this complaint. I kindly request that you review this incident and my age status and remove the ban associated with Ban ID 64db4c66 so that I can continue using Umingle.
