I was banned from Umingle.com today with the ban ID 59c473bb, and I believe this ban is completely unjustified.
The system claims that I am under 18, but this is incorrect. It appears that the AI moderation system misinterpreted a number out of context and wrongly concluded that I am underage.
After noticing the ban, I contacted Umingle.com support, but I did not receive any meaningful response or explanation, and my access is still blocked.
I request that my account be immediately unbanned and that the under-18 restriction on my account be removed, as it is based on a clear error, so I can continue using the platform without interruption.
