Umingle Banned Due To The "M15" Trick

I am writing regarding an unfair ban applied to my Umingle website account on June 26, 2026. While using the site, I typed “m15” and immediately afterward I was banned without any prior warning, explanation, or chance to correct anything. Since the ban, I have not received any email or message from Umingle explaining the reason for this action. I also have not been contacted through any other channel, so I do not know which rule I allegedly violated, or why entering “m15” led to an automatic ban. I request that my account be unbanned and fully reactivated, or at least that a clear and detailed explanation be provided as to why this ban was imposed. I also expect that users will be warned or notified before such serious actions are taken, so that similar misunderstandings do not happen in the future.
