I Need Umingle to Review and Reactivate My Banned Account

I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Umingle web platform account. My account was banned around June, and I did not receive any explanation on the screen or by email about the reason for this ban. As far as I know, I did not violate any rules or behave in a way that would justify such a sanction. Because I have not been given any information, I do not know what I supposedly did wrong, and I have no way to correct or avoid it in the future. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reactivated and that I be informed clearly and specifically about the reason for the ban. I expect a transparent explanation and a review of my account, as I believe this ban was applied unfairly.
