Umingle Banned My Account After I Typed “M15” in Chat

I am writing to report that my Umingle website account was unfairly banned on June 21, 2026, due to what I believe is an AI moderation mistake. During a chat, I simply typed “M15,” and shortly after this message, my account was banned by the system. As a result of this ban, I have completely lost access to my account and can no longer use the services I previously had on Umingle. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue through any other channel and therefore I am seeking a review of this decision. I kindly request that Umingle thoroughly review the AI moderation action related to this incident and restore full access to my account as soon as possible, as I did not intend to violate any rules and believe this ban to be a technical error.
