Umingle Ban Removal

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which has been banned for allegedly being under 18, even though I am in fact 18 years old. When I try to access my account, the screen shows that I am banned with the reason stated as “Under 18” and a Ban ID of c5dc8943. It also shows an “Instant Unban” option for 34.99 SAR. I do not accept being treated as underage when I meet the age requirement, and I find it unreasonable that I am blocked from using my account unless I pay a fee. I kindly request that my age be properly reviewed and that my account be unbanned without any payment being required. I also ask that my ban reason be removed from your system so that it does not wrongly affect my account in the future.
