“Instant Unban” From Umingle

I recently downloaded and tried to use the Umingle application for the first time and my account was immediately banned with the reason stated as “Under 18”. On the screen it also shows a ban ID with an “Instant Unban” option that asks me to pay 39.900 Rp by credit card to remove the ban, which I find very upsetting and unfair. I am over 18 and I believe this ban is a mistake. I do not think it is appropriate to ask for a payment just to review or remove a ban that was applied incorrectly. I want my account to be checked again, the “under 18” ban to be removed, and my account to be reactivated without any payment request. I kindly ask you to review my situation based on my age and information, remove the unjust ban on my Umingle account, and allow me to use the application normally.
