Umingle Ban Issue

My Umingle account was banned today in the morning under Ban ID: d5896*** even though I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior. The only thing I wrote was the sentence “man was begging on his knees” which was part of a story I was telling someone. There was no sexual or explicit meaning intended in this message and I did not violate any community norms on purpose. I assume the system or a moderator interpreted this message as inappropriate conversation, but in context it was simply a harmless expression used while telling a story. Because of this, I believe the ban is unfair and not aligned with the spirit of the platform rules. I kindly request that my account and the related chat be reviewed carefully and that my ban be lifted as soon as possible. If Umingle believes any specific rule has been violated, I also request a clear explanation so that I can avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
