My Umingle account was recently banned, and I am writing to request a thorough review of the decision and the removal of the ban.

I usually access Umingle using an HP Chromebook. I discovered the ban approximately one day ago. The message displayed on my screen states that my account has been banned for “explicit messages – Community Guidelines Violation.” It also offers to lift the ban in exchange for a payment of Rs. 499 through a card payment form.
