Umingle Ban For No Reason

I have been using my Umingle account in Australia for about six months without any issues, but on 20/04/2026, my account was suddenly banned without any explanation. I did not receive any prior warning or clear reason for this ban, and I have not made any subscriptions or in-app purchases on this account. I would like my Umingle account to be reviewed and reactivated, as I believe this ban was applied without justification and without proper communication. I kindly request a clear explanation of the reason for the ban and the prompt reinstatement of my account.
