I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was suddenly banned last night without any explanation. I did not receive any warning, reason, or notification that would justify such a ban, and I am certain I did not violate any rules intentionally. Before the ban, I had spent money on Umingle through paid services on the platform. After my account was banned, I realized there is no way to contact customer support, no appeal option, and no transparent process to understand what happened, which makes the situation feel like my money has effectively been taken without any recourse. I am using Umingle from New Jersey and this experience has left me very frustrated and disappointed. I request that my situation be urgently reviewed, that I be given a clear opportunity to appeal this decision, and that I receive either the reactivation of my account or a proper resolution regarding the funds I paid on the platform. At the very least, I expect a clear explanation of why my account was banned and access to a real support channel where I can defend myself and resolve this issue.
