Umingle Ban Appeal: Account Blocked and ₹99 Fee Asked

I have been using the Umingle platform and my account with the ID 49539b02 was suddenly banned today in the afternoon. On the screen it says that the ban reason is “Inappropriate Messages” and it shows an “Instant Unban” option asking for 99 ₹ to remove the ban. I do not accept that my account is blocked in this way and that I am being asked to make a payment just to use my account again. I have not been given any clear proof or detailed explanation about what supposedly violated the rules, and I find it unfair that access to my account is tied to a payment page. I kindly request that my Umingle account with ID 49539b02 be unbanned without any payment and that I am given a clear explanation of the reason for the ban if Umingle believes there was a real violation.
