Umingle App Demands Payment to Remove Unjustified "Gender Searching" Ban

I have been using the Umingel mobile app and about one week ago my account was banned. On the ban screen it says the reason is “Gender Searching”, but I was only talking with people in the app and I do not understand why I was banned. In the same screen, it shows a ban ID and an option asking me to pay 29.99 AED in order to remove the ban. I find it unfair that I am asked to make a payment to lift a ban when I do not believe I violated any rules. I have not been able to use my account since the ban, and I have not received any detailed explanation about what exactly I did wrong according to your community guidelines or terms. I kindly request that my account and ban ID be checked in detail, that I am informed clearly about the specific reason for this ban, and that the ban is removed and my account reactivated without requiring any payment if there is no valid reason for this sanction.
