Umingle Account Banned For No Reason

I have an account on Umingle with the email address ddexterbe***[email protected], and it was suddenly banned even though I did not send any explicit or offensive messages. I was only greeting people with simple messages such as “hi” and “hello.” While I was using the site, everything seemed normal, but when I refreshed the page, my account was banned. At first the reason shown was “explicit message,” and when I checked again it changed to “under 18” which is not correct for my situation. I believe this ban is a mistake and that my account has been incorrectly flagged. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the incorrect “explicit message” and “under 18” reasons be removed, and that my account be unbanned so I can continue using Umingle normally.
