Umingle Account Incorrect Underage Claim

I created a new account on the Umingle social networking website today from Nigeria, and shortly after creating it my account was banned. The reason shown was that I am underage, but this is not correct, as I am 18 years old. I had barely used the account before it was banned, and I was not given any further explanation or opportunity to clarify my age. I have not yet been able to appeal this decision through any support channel. I kindly request that my age be reviewed correctly and that my account be reinstated if there is no other valid reason for the ban. I would like to continue using the platform in line with your rules and community guidelines.
