Umingle Account Blocked After Mentioning “Gender”
I am writing because my Umingle account was suddenly blocked around midday today, and I believe this happened after I mentioned “gender” in a conversation or content on your platform. I did not receive any clear explanation or prior warning about this block, and I do not believe I violated any rules or behaved inappropriately. At the moment I cannot access my account at all, which is causing me difficulty because I rely on it and I do not know what exactly I am accused of. I have not yet been able to contact Umingle support directly about this issue. I kindly request that you urgently review this block, explain the reason for your decision in detail, and unblock my account and restore my access as soon as possible if there is no serious violation. If there has been a misunderstanding or an error in your moderation system, I ask that you correct it and ensure that my account remains active.
