Umingle Account Banned Without Reason: Request Ban Removal

I have an Umingle account registered with the email address lukim***@gmail.com, which I use to make new friends. Recently my account was banned without any clear explanation, and I do not know the reason for this action. When I try to access Umingle, I am unable to use my account normally and I see restriction/ban information instead of being able to continue. I have contacted Umingle support about this situation, but I have not received a clear and satisfactory explanation about what specific rule I allegedly violated or why the ban was applied. I respectfully request that my Umingle account be thoroughly reviewed, that I be informed clearly about any alleged violation, and that the ban be lifted if there is no concrete and justified reason. I would also like any negative record created on my account to be removed, as I believe I have not committed any error or misuse and that there is nothing wrong with my account.
