Umingle Account Banned for Gender Searching and Unban Request

I am an Umingle user and my account has just been banned a few minutes ago for “Gender Searching”. I understand that this is against the rules, but my intention was not to use this feature in a harmful or abusive way. I only wanted to know the gender of the person I was talking to so that I would not accidentally offend anyone with the stories or topics I share. I respect the platform rules and I have learned my lesson from this situation. I will not repeat this behavior again and I will be more careful in future conversations. Because the ban happened suddenly and I did not mean any harm, I kindly ask you to review my case and turn this ban into a warning instead of keeping my account banned or forcing me to pay to remove it. I would really appreciate it if you could give me one more chance and restore my access to my account.
