Sudden Banning Without Proper Warning Of The Umingle App

I recently started using the Umingle app and on my second time using it, my account was suddenly banned after only about a minute of chatting with my very first match. The reason shown was “gender searching”, even though I was only answering the questions of the person I was matched with and we were both comfortable talking to each other. There was no clear or proper warning before the ban, and this experience was very upsetting and felt unfair, because I was only trying to make friends online and use the app normally. I did not receive any detailed explanation or a chance to correct my behavior before losing access to my account. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned and reactivated, and that this ban be reconsidered. I would like to be given a proper warning instead of an immediate ban, and a chance to continue using the app within the rules. I am willing to follow all community guidelines and avoid any behavior that might be considered a violation in the future.
