Umingle Account Banned Despite Being 20

I have recently discovered that my Umingle account has been banned with the stated reason that I am under 18, even though I am actually 20 years old. When I try to use the site and look for people to talk with, a pop‑up appears saying that I am banned for being under 18 and it shows a Ban ID with an option to remove the ban only if I pay 149 Philippine pesos. I have not violated any rules and I am above the age limit, so I find it unfair and worrying that access to my account is blocked and that I am being asked to make a payment just to remove the ban. I also do not remember being informed properly about any investigation or evidence that I am under 18. I request that my ban be removed completely and immediately without any payment, that my account be reactivated, and that no further charge or fee be demanded from me for this issue. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was flagged as under 18 despite being 20 years old.
