Umingle Banned My Account Without Warning Or Explanation

I am writing regarding the ban placed on my Umingle account on 14 April while I was using the app from Egypt. I was randomly matched with a user who said they were a girl. Since we were talking without video, I simply asked this person to show their face, and immediately after that I was suddenly banned from the platform without any clear reason or prior warning. I do not understand which rule I violated and I believe this ban was applied unfairly. On 15 April I sent an email to Umingle support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the unjust ban on my account be removed, and that my access to Umingle be restored. If there is any specific reason or rule violation claimed for this ban, I also ask that it be clearly explained to me.
