Umingle Ban Triggered After Typing M15 and Asked to Pay for Unban

I have been using the Umingle website with a regular account, and on 29 May at around 12:00 PM I was suddenly banned while using the random video call feature on my MacBook Pro via the Chrome browser. The ban occurred right after another user on a call asked me to type “M15” in the chat. I followed this instruction, and immediately afterward I was banned from joining calls. Since that moment, I have still been able to log in to my account, but I cannot join any calls because the system now shows a message asking me to pay ₹99 for an “instant unban.” I was not given any clear explanation for this action, nor was I informed of any specific rule violation related to what I typed in the chat. I was simply following the other user’s request and had no warning that doing so could be considered a policy violation. I believe this ban, along with the requirement to pay for unbanning, is unfair and disproportionate under these circumstances. This is my first time reporting the issue and requesting a review of the ban. My Umingle account is linked to the email address: blushing.pe***[email protected]. I kindly request that this ban be reviewed and removed without any payment requirement, that my access to random video calls be fully restored, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of what caused this issue so I can avoid similar problems in the future.
