Umingle Device Ban Without Warning After Typing “m 15”

I have been using Umingle with the email address kovidbarga****@gmail.com, and today my account and device were suddenly banned. While I was on the platform, another user prompted me to type “m 15,” and shortly after doing so, I discovered that my device had been banned from Umingle. I did not receive any prior warning or a clear explanation before this action was taken. I attempted to access Umingle using a different browser, but the device ban persisted, preventing me from using the service in any way. I have not been able to find a solution on my own. I request that this device ban be reviewed and removed, and that my Umingle account associated with kovidbargat***@gmail.com be restored. I would also like a clear explanation of the reason behind this ban so I can avoid similar issues in the future.
