Umingle Account Banned After Messages Sent Without My Consent

I am an Umingle user and I access the platform from a Realme Note 50. A few days ago, approximately three days ago, I discovered that my account had been banned for allegedly sending explicit messages. I would like to clarify that I did not personally send those messages. A friend of mine took my phone and used my Umingle account without my permission, and I later found out that explicit content had been sent in my name. Normally, I use Umingle only to make new acquaintances and friendships, and I have never had any problems or violations in the past. I kindly ask you to review my case and the chat history associated with the ban, taking into account that the explicit messages were not sent by me personally. My request is that my Umingle account be unbanned so that I can return to using the platform correctly and in line with the rules.
