Umingle Account Ban Appeal for Incorrect Underage Restriction

I am writing about my Umingle account registered with the email address kkavitha7***@gmail.com. My account was suddenly banned today and I am unable to access it. When I try to log in, the application shows a “You are banned” message, stating that the reason is “Under 18” and offering an “Instant Unban: ₹99” option. I am over 18 years old and have previously verified my age/identity on Umingle, so this ban reason is incorrect and unfair. I have never been informed of any valid violation and I did not receive any prior warning before this ban. I request that my Umingle account associated with the email address kkavitha7***@gmail.com be reviewed, my age verification be checked again, and the unjust “Under 18” ban be removed without any payment such as the “Instant Unban: ₹99” option.
