Umingle Underage Issue

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which has been banned with the stated reason “Under 18.” I am over 18 years old and I have never violated the platform rules, so I believe this ban is a clear mistake. My Umingle account is registered with the email address sidaysha***@gmail.com and my Ban ID shown on the screen is b50a0ea6. I first noticed the ban on 18 September. I did not receive any prior warning, message or email explaining this decision, and I only saw a pop-up on the site stating that I am banned for being “Under 18” and offering an “Instant Unban” option for 99 rupees. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, my age be re-verified if necessary, this unfair ban be lifted without any payment, and that I be informed in writing about the result of this review. I would like to continue using my Umingle account normally, as I comply with the rules and am above the age limit.
