Trying To Get Unbanned On Umingle

I am writing regarding my recent ban from Umingle on both my PC and my phone, which I believe is unfair and the result of a misunderstanding. I use Umingle through the website in the USA, and I was banned around July 7th, 2026. Since then, I have been unable to access the platform for about three to four days. During a video chat, I was connected with another user who was holding and flashing a gun on camera. I told him “you’re not like that” and then he said he would shoot me and told me to drop my address. In response, as a joke and without any real intent, I wrote an obviously fake address: “474 suck my d.” I did not share my real address and I did not threaten or endanger anyone. Despite this, I was the one who ended up banned from Umingle. I have not yet had any chance to appeal this decision through your support channels, so this complaint is my request for a review. I kindly ask you to thoroughly check the chat and video logs from that session, see that the other user was the one displaying a weapon and making threats, and confirm that my message was a non-serious, fake address sent as a reaction. I am asking for my account to be unbanned and my access to Umingle to be restored, as I do not believe I violated the rules in a way that justifies this ban.
