Umingle Account Banned After Message Was Misinterpreted as Explicit

June 30 10:35 AM23

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned on 29 June 2026 due to what was described as an explicit message. I would like to clarify that the message in question was not explicit and was only a joke between me and my friend, but it seems to have been misunderstood by your system or moderation team. Because of this misunderstanding, my account has been blocked and I have also received a warning, which prevents me from using Umingle normally and making friends on the platform. I believe this penalty is unfair based on the actual context of the conversation. Umingle is important to me because I use it to meet new people and make many friends. I sincerely request that my account not be blocked in this way, as I only want to use the platform to socialize and build friendships. I kindly request that you review the relevant chat and the decision taken on my account, lift the ban, and remove the warning so that I can use my account again and continue interacting with my friends on Umingle.
