Reactivate My Umingle Account

I am writing regarding my Umingle account on the website, which was banned this morning while I was using the gender search feature. I did not receive any clear explanation or prior warning about this ban, and I do not understand which specific rule I am supposed to have violated. Up to now I have not contacted Umingle support, but I am very disappointed that my account was suddenly blocked without detailed information or a chance to clarify the situation. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reactivated as soon as possible, or that I am at least given a clear and detailed explanation for the ban so that I can understand and, if necessary, correct my behaviour in line with the platform’s rules.
