Please Unban Me - Umingle

Hello Umingle Support, Today, my Umingle account was banned, and I would like to respectfully appeal this decision, as I believe there has been a misunderstanding. During a video chat, another user jokingly asked if they were seeing someone’s toes, and I responded in the same lighthearted tone by asking if they could see my toes and if they wanted to. The exchange was clearly joking between both of us and was not intended to be explicit, sexual, inappropriate, or harmful in any way. I did not show anything explicit, and I fully understand and respect the importance of keeping the platform safe and within the community guidelines. Because of this ban, I am now unable to use the service that I pay for, and I do not think it is fair to be effectively charged for a ban when I did not say or do anything explicit or intentionally violating the rules. I believe my comment may have been taken out of context and misinterpreted by the system or by a report. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and reconsidered, and that my account access be restored so I can continue using the service I am paying for. Thank you for your time and understanding.
