Umingle Account Banned Due To Unauthorized Access

Hello Umingle Support Team, I would like to request a review of the suspension of my Umingle account on the website. My account with the username “arnel” has just been banned, and I believe this action was taken due to a misunderstanding. A friend of mine accessed my account without my permission and sent inappropriate messages. I sincerely apologize for what happened, but I would like to clarify that I was not the one who sent those messages. I take full responsibility for my account and I understand and respect your rules. I assure you that I will secure my account better from now on and that such a situation will not happen again. I kindly request that you reconsider my case and lift the ban on my account.
