I visited the official Umingle website today out of curiosity to chat with strangers and selected the option to talk with female users. Before that, I had been joking with some male users and mentioned that I wanted to talk only with females as a joke, not with any serious or harmful intent. However, the system appears to have taken this literally, and my account was suddenly banned.
After the ban, I was prompted to pay 99 to remove the restriction, which I find completely unfair. My comment was clearly a joke, and I was not aware that such behavior would lead to an immediate ban or a payment demand.
Additionally, while using the platform, I noticed several technical issues, including glitches and even receiving what appeared to be a fake OTP in my inbox. This raised concerns about the reliability and security of the platform. I have also been unable to find or contact any customer support to address this issue.
I request that my ban be lifted immediately without requiring any payment, as this was clearly a misunderstanding rather than intentional misuse. I also expect Umingle to review and improve its moderation system to prevent unfair bans and inappropriate payment demands, as well as to fix OTP and security-related issues to ensure a safe and reliable user experience.
