I Paid $9.99 to Remove My Umingle Ban but Was Banned Again
I have been using Umingle’s online stranger chat service together with my fiancé for several months. I am 23 years old and he is 25. A few days ago my account was suddenly banned. In order to continue using the service, I paid $9.99 via Apple Pay/Cash App to remove the ban and was allowed back on the platform. However, today my account was banned again and the reason shown was that I am allegedly under the age of 18. This is incorrect, as I am 23 years old. Despite having already paid $9.99 to remove the first ban just a few days ago, my account was blocked again with the same incorrect allegation, and I am now unable to use the service. I attempted to contact Umingle via the email address they provide, but every time I send an email I receive an automatic message stating that the email address does not exist, so I cannot reach support in any way. This situation is very frustrating because I have complied with the rules, I am over 18, and I have already made a payment to remove the first ban. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any further payment, that my age information be corrected so I am not incorrectly flagged as under 18 again, and that the $9.99 I already paid for the first ban removal be reviewed and refunded if appropriate. I also kindly ask that a valid support channel be provided so that I can communicate directly if any further verification is needed.
